If I Have To Cancel My Event Do I Get My Deposit Or Payments Refunded?

We Will Only Issue Refunds In The Event That The Cancellation Is On Our Part. All Deposits Are NON-Refundable, However,  We Do Allow Rescheduling For A Later Date Up To A Year Out From Your Original Date.

Can I Change My Event Theme? 

We Begin Planning Our Events As Soon As The Deposit Is Paid So We Do Ask That Once You Select An Event Theme That You Stick To That Particular Theme If You Do Not Want To Incur Any Additional Fees.

What Happens If I Can't Make My Final Payment On The Due Date?

Final Payment Delays Will Result In Cancellation Or Delay Of Event Unless Circumstances Are Beyond Financial (ie, Illness, Death, etc). We Do Not Allow Any Grace Periods After The Due Date. This Could Result In Cancellation Or Delay Of Event. All Events Require Full Payment Two Weeks Prior To Event Day With The Exception Of Weddings Which Require Full Payment Eight  Weeks Before Event Day.

What If I Exceed My Original Guest Count? 

We Typically Set-Up For The Agreed Guest Count For Our Events Unless Notified In A Timely Fashion To Assess Additional Charges For The Additional Guests. Please Reach Out To Us If You Have An Increase In Your Guest 

Count So We May Provide You With Options.

How Do You Select Your Vendors?

We Are Extremely Selective On Who We Connect With To Enhance Our Events. Rest Assured That Our Treat Makers, Balloon Artists, Bartenders Are Licensed, Accredited And Professional And Equally Dedicated To Ensuring Your Event Is Amazing.

What If I Have My Own Vendors? 

You Are More Than Welcome To Bring In Outside Vendors For Your Special Event With Approval Of Their Work, Licensing, Etc.

How Often Will We Meet?

In Person Meeting Depends On Service Booked. For Parties, Showers, Etc. We May Only Meet On The Day Of Your Event Unless A Venue Walkthrough Is Scheduled. In Most Cases We Are Able To Create Our Floor Plan From Photos/Videos. For Weddings We Will Definitely Do An In Person Walk-Through & Contract Signing And Perhaps Another Prior To Event Day. All Events Pose Different Situations But We Do Go The Extra Mile To Ensure All Of Our Clients Needs Are Met.
